Nant Conwy III V Wrexham II

A brilliant second-half come back saw Nant 3rd team claim the North Wales Division 3 Cup at Stadiwm CSM.

Soon after, Nant pressure paid off resulting in a try by Guto Dafydd, converted by Jones to give a score-line of 14 – 10 to Wrexham.

Almost immediately after this, Nant received a yellow card, the resulting penalty putting Wrexham 7 points clear. However, within 5 minutes, Nant got a second converted try, through the same scorers, to bring the scores equal at 17 a-piece with 20 minutes to go.

With a couple of minutes left Nant took the lead for the first time through another penalty by Jones. Wrexham were not giving up though and drew level with a penalty of their own.

The score-line remained the same at full-time with Nant taking the win by virtue of having score 2 tries to 1.
